I found Sophie to be intelligent, empathetic and helpful. A beneficial bridge from hospital discharge to Therapy For You.

More rapid access to Therapy For You would be beneficial, but I realise that this is a matter of resources and a chronic national problem.

All staff that treated me could not have been any better.

I use a powered chair and could not gain access. As the weather was kind they came outside to me. If it had been raining things may have been different.

The mh nurse was patient, kind, caring and considerate. She listened to my concerns regarding my mental health and asked me what I feel would help and what support I feel I needed then went above and beyond to get the support in place. She was amazing, never judged, and explained in great detail then asked if I feel the therapy/refferal/support group would help.

Philippa was excellent throughout. She showed compassion and understanding when I struggled with wanting to avoid some of the more anxiety inducing elements of the therapy but gave me the push when I need it. And I am so grateful that she did as it has made the world of difference for me. There was a point before starting therapy I couldn't imagine ever not being scared of noises/fire again and now I am back to living my life rather than avoiding it. Thankyou so much Philippa.
